「退去ノート」（以下「本アプリ」）は、黒木広季（屋号: HK Work）（以下「当方」）が提供するスマートフォンアプリです。本ポリシーは、本アプリの情報の取り扱いについて説明するものです。

1. 取得する情報

本アプリは、氏名・メールアドレス等の個人情報を取得しません。アカウント登録・ログイン機能はありません。

本アプリで記録した情報（物件名・住所・入居日・退去日・写真・メモ・撮影日時など）は、端末内に保存され、本アプリは、これらを当方のサーバーその他の外部サーバーに送信しません。当方は、利用者の記録にアクセスすることができません。

ただし、利用者が当方にメールでお問い合わせいただいた場合（開示請求を含みます）、当方は、メールアドレスとお問い合わせの内容を受け取ります。これらは、お問い合わせへの回答と、その記録のためだけに使い、法令に基づく場合を除き、第三者に提供しません。

2. 外部との通信

本アプリは、利用者の記録を外部に送信しません。アプリ内課金（Pro）の購入処理は、Apple App Store が仲介します。決済情報は Apple が管理しており、当方が取得・保存することはありません。

3. カメラ・写真の利用

• カメラ: 部屋の状態を撮影するために使います。撮影した写真は端末内に保存されます。
• 写真ライブラリ: 利用者が選んだ写真を取り込むために使います。選んだ写真は端末内にコピーして保存されます。
• 位置情報: 位置情報の利用許可は求めません。撮影・取り込みした写真に含まれる位置情報（GPS）は、保存時に取り除き、保存しません。

4. 写真・PDF・バックアップの共有と保存先

利用者が PDF やバックアップファイルを作成し、メール・メッセージ等で共有したり、iCloud Drive などに保存したりする場合、その共有先・保存先は利用者自身の操作によるものであり、本ポリシーの対象外です。共有前に、写真に写っているもの（住所、家財、人物など）をご確認ください。バックアップファイル（zip）は暗号化されておらず、写真・住所・メモを含みます。

5. 広告・トラッキング・解析

本アプリは広告を表示せず、広告・解析・クラッシュ収集を目的とするSDKも組み込んでいません。

6. 端末内のデータの扱い・保存期間・削除

• 記録は、利用者が削除するまで端末内に保存されます。アプリ内の削除操作（物件・部屋・箇所・写真）、または本アプリのアンインストールで削除できます。
• iPhone／iPad の iCloud バックアップが有効な場合、記録を含む本アプリのデータが、利用者の設定に従って iCloud バックアップに含まれることがあります。iCloud バックアップの内容は、iOS の設定から管理・削除できます。
• 書き出したバックアップファイルやPDFは、利用者自身が保存先で管理・削除してください。
• 当方は利用者の記録を保有していないため、当方に記録の削除を依頼いただく必要はありません。
• 端末の紛失・故障・初期化、本アプリのアンインストール等により、記録が失われることがあります。バックアップ機能（設定 > バックアップを書き出す）で、写真つきのファイルを保存できます。

7. 子どものプライバシー

本アプリは個人情報を取得しないため、年齢を問わずご利用いただけます。なお、Pro の購入には、未成年の方は親権者など法定代理人の同意が必要です。

法令の変更や機能の追加に伴い、本ポリシーを改定することがあります。重要な変更は、アプリ内または本ページでお知らせします。

“Taikyo Note” (the “App”) is a smartphone app provided by Hiroki Kurogi (trade name: HK Work). This policy explains how the App handles information. (English text is an AI translation of the Japanese text; if they differ, the Japanese text applies.)

• What the App collects: No personal information, and there are no accounts. Everything you record (property names, addresses, dates, photos, notes, times) is stored on your device, and the App does not send it to our servers or any other external server. We cannot access your records. If you email us (including a request to disclose our address), we receive your email address and message, use them only to reply and keep a record, and do not share them with third parties except where required by law.
• Network: The App does not send your records anywhere. In-app purchases (Pro) are processed by the Apple App Store; we never receive your payment details.
• Camera and photos: The camera is used to photograph your rooms. The photo library is used only to import photos you choose; they are copied onto your device. We do not ask for location access; GPS data in photos is removed when they are saved.
• Sharing and where files go: If you share a PDF or backup by email or message, or save it to iCloud Drive or similar, that is your own action and outside this policy. Check what appears in the photos (addresses, belongings, people) before sharing. Backup files (zip) are not encrypted and contain photos, addresses and notes.
• Ads, tracking, analytics: The App shows no ads and includes no advertising, analytics or crash-reporting SDKs.
• Retention and deletion: Records stay on your device until you delete them, using the delete actions in the App (properties, rooms, spots, photos) or by deleting the App. If iCloud Backup is on for your device, the App’s data may be included in your iCloud Backup according to your settings; you can manage or delete it in iOS Settings. Exported backups and PDFs are yours to manage and delete. We hold none of your records, so you do not need to ask us to delete them. Data can be lost if a device is lost, reset, or the App is deleted; use Settings > Export a backup to keep a copy.
• Children: Because no personal information is collected, the App can be used at any age. Minors need the consent of a parent or legal guardian to buy Pro.
• Changes: We may update this policy; important changes will be announced in the App or on this page.
